Mr Le Chien Cong

► As an experienced engineer, Mr. Le Chien Cong has held several key positions at leading construction corporations and has participated in and successfully completed numerous large-scale projects. With his sharp and agile thinking, he has established his professional expertise and management capabilities within the industry.
► In 2014, Mr. Cong officially joined Ecoba Vietnam as Deputy General Director in charge of Technical Affairs. In this role, he is responsible for supervising, managing, and ensuring the technical quality of all company projects.
► With extensive experience in project management and operations, he consistently upholds strict quality control standards, enabling Ecoba to deliver high-quality construction services even as the company has expanded significantly in recent years. ► With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 12 years of dedication to the company, Mr. Mai Văn Độ is one of Ecoba’s leaders who has grown from practical project experience. He possesses in-depth understanding of corporate culture, project management systems, and enterprise governance.
► Throughout his career, Mr. Do has held several key positions, including Head of Quality & Safety Management, Project Director, Head of Internal Audit, Head of System Management, Deputy Director of Construction Division, and Head of Project Management Office (PMO).
► In his current role as Deputy General Director overseeing Project Operations and Internal Affairs Divisions, Mr. Mai Van Do plays a vital role in strengthening internal capabilities, enhancing corporate governance efficiency, and fostering a disciplined and professional corporate culture. ► Before being appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of the Project Division, Mr. Hoang Van Thang served as Deputy Director of the Construction Division and spent many years directly managing projects on site.
