This development is positioned as the highest-end segment within the Investor’s portfolio.
The event not only marks the commencement of a landmark project of new scale and significance, but also reflects VIDC’s strong development strategy in creating distinctive, premium living spaces in the market.
In this project, Ecoba Vietnam serves as the General Contractor, directly responsible for managing and executing all construction packages. The Parc Régent ParkCity Hanoi project is located within ParkCity Hanoi, on Le Trong Tan Street, Duong Noi Ward, Hanoi. It is considered one of the most prime locations, situated within an international-standard urban township while maintaining flexible connectivity to the city’s major transportation infrastructure.
Parc Régent emerges as a pioneering architectural landmark, where diverse design languages are harmoniously integrated with a multi-layered green landscape system. Its distinctive façade design balances solid and void architectural elements, highlighted by a crown-shaped rooftop crowned with a translucent decorative layer resembling a silk ribbon—creating a seamless transition between architecture and the surrounding green park space.
The project is planned with a scale of three towers, providing 309 luxury apartments and 10 exclusive Garden Villas, catering to both residential and investment needs.
