The event will be organized into four main sessions, offering an opportunity for interaction, sharing, and learning among the site engineering teams.
The program will commence with an opening session. According to Mr. Nguyen Duy Quy, Head of Technical and Quality Department, “The conference is an opportunity for site personnel to meet, share experiences, recognize weaknesses, and maximize strengths.” This is not only a time to reflect on achievements but also a chance to identify future challenges and objectives. The event reaffirms Ecoba Vietnam’s commitment to developing high-quality human resources.
Next, the professional sharing session will be a highlight of the program. Experts will discuss five key topics, including:
- Reviewing the construction governance framework – Evaluating the methodologies applied in project management.
- Experience in managing subcontractors for EPC/General contractor projects – Lessons learned from real-world projects.
- Information communication management – The importance of effective communication in project execution.
- Personnel training and rotation program – Human resource development strategies to meet increasingly high demands.
- Product finish quality – Criteria for evaluating quality in construction execution.
During the discussion on personnel training and rotation, Mr. Luu Duc Hai, Head of System Development and Control Department, shared: “The leadership continuously implements innovative improvements to further optimize business operations, production activities, and corporate governance.” Specifically, Mr. Hai highlighted four strengths that Ecoba needs to promote:
- A highly specialized and systematic organizational structure;
- A progressive management system that is regularly improved;
- Standardized management and professional frameworks that are constantly built and updated to optimize business and operational activities;
- These systems have been consolidated and improved over many years of operation.
Therefore, training personnel with flexible capabilities and ensuring continuous knowledge updates is a central missionthat Ecoba is focused on.
To recognize outstanding contributions, Ecoba awarded a project for its notable work achievement. This served as a great encouragement, motivating all site engineers to continue striving and dedicating themselves. For successfully meeting the contractual handover deadline with the client, especially given the tight 6-month construction schedule, Project Alpha was honored by the Board of Directors with the “On-Commitment Handover Project” award, enhancing the Company’s reputation and credibility.
