GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE “RESIDENTIAL, SERVICES, COMMERCIAL, AND OFFICE COMPLEX” AT HON CAP BE EAST MODERN URBAN AREA, HA LONG

On March 25, 2025, Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company was honored to collaborate with the Investor, Monbay TV Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, and the Project Management & Construction Supervision Unit, Artelia Vietnam Co., Ltd., to successfully organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the “Residential, Services, Commercial, and Office Complex” Project, located within the Hon Cap Be East Modern Urban Area, Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long City.
