Under the contract with Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corp, an affiliate of Vietnam’s Formosa Group, Phu Doanh Mining and Investment Co.,ltd will build the facility in a coke plant, located in northern Ha Tinh Province, with $350 mil total investment to construct a facility that will process materials for coal works.
