► Mr. Dat started his career as a construction engineer at Delta Construction Company in 1999. 8 years later, he joined Enterprise 3, the precursor of ECOBA, as a Director and subsequently became the CEO and Chairman of ECOBA, formerly known as LIDECO 3, in 2011. In the leader role, Mr. Dat has led ECOBA to win and construct multiple large-scale projects with very strict quality and work progress requirements.

► Mr. Dat is a firm believer of systematic management for sustainable development. He is the pioneer among CEOs in the construction sector to apply technology in operational and financial management to reduce payment settlement time by 30%.

► As an inspiring leader with clear strategic vision, Mr. Dat will continue to lead ECOBA to reach more remarkable milestones and set the Company to become the next-generation construction group in Vietnam.

► Having been in the sector for somewhat over 20 years, Ms. Hoa’s expertise and experience have proven to be crucial for ECOBA’s development to date.

► Started as an engineer at COFEC in 1995 and at Nippon Koei in 2000, Ms. Hoa later joined Enterprise 3 together with Mr. Dat and quickly got promoted to Deputy Director in 2008. She then became the Company’s Deputy CEO in 2010 and has been overseeing the Company’s sales and marketing aspects.

► Hands-on in operational and sales activities leveraging on her deep knowledge and understanding of market demands as well as delicacy in handling challenging tasks, Ms. Hoa has played an indispensable role in ECOBA’s impressive growth.

► With established relationship and extensive network with developers, she is the CEO’s most trusted partner and has been successful in securing important and high-value contracts from both local and international partners.

► As a former engineer at 665 Construction JSC in 2001, Mr. Cong quickly proved his capabilities and was promoted to hold several executive positions in a number of construction companies over the last 11 years. Prior to joining ECOBA, he was the Deputy General Director at Telecommunication Infrastructure Development Services JSC and General Director at CDC JSC.

► He has been with the Company since 2014 as the Deputy CEO responsible for technical aspects. He closely manages and supervises all of the Company’s projects to ensure both construction quality and timely delivery of results. With his strong technical expertise and management experience, ECOBA has managed to keep strict quality control and deliver excellent services despite the Company’s substantial growth in scale over the last few years.

► Having taken charge of multiple highly demanding projects by international developers, Mr. Cong well understands the culture and work styles of foreign partners.
