On November 2, 2019 in Hanoi, Ecoba Vietnam's Quality - Safety - Security System held a Review of the first 6 months of the year and business mission orientation for the last 6 months of 2019. The conference was attended of Head of departments along the office block and Supervisors at the construction site.

The conference was organized to help QHSE system personnel better understand the company's QHSE system; Evaluate the achieved and uncompleted results of the QHSE system in the first 6 months of 2019; Set goals and objectives for the last 6 months of 2019 and Share information and experience of operating the Quality - Safety - Security system among member units.

According to the results of implementing the Safety, Security and Quality Objectives in the first 6 months, the units in the company have completed most of the assigned KPIs. However, there are still some unmet targets due to difficulties in implementing KPIs. At the seminar, the units worked together to research the method and method of managing, implementing and controlling the results optimally.
