Potential human resource training program

On October 12, in Hanoi, Ecoba Vietnam organized the first phase of potential human resource training for 30 employees working on company's projects across the country.

The potential human resource training course is planned by Ecoba from 2018 to train, improve the quality of the inherited workforces, meet the working requirements and orient Ecoba's development plan. The training course is expected to bring the positive results in the search, appointment and development of Ecoba Vietnam's human resources.

 

 

The course contents revolve around the main issues: The role of planning in Ecoba, the role of planning personnel at the project, the role of CHT and TNGS personnel in project planning work; Clarify the main tasks of the planning in the project implementation stages such as preparation - deployment - closing - warranty; Some tips on building, interacting, managing the planning for personnel are not the project plans.

The contents of the training program are the advanced knowledge of professional qualifications, expertises, and necessary skills in the working process shared from internal lecturers with many years of experience to help employees attend the comprehensive training, improving self-development, improving capacities in the working process, and also being a premise and basis for Ecoba to evaluate, consider and create favorable conditions for personnel to attend the training courses with more promotions in the process of working and sticking with the Company.

The potential training course is one of the policies that the Board of Directors and human resources department of Ecoba Vietnam pays special attention to in order to create the best conditions for each employee to be developed, and also, it is also one of the important works in attracting the talents to retain talents at the Company.
