Within 10 years of formation and development, Ecoba has experienced two cycles of hot growth and a pause in the middle. Especially, over the past 3 years, Ecoba has been in the second strong growth cycle in terms of growth rate and operation scale, the revenues reached approximately double every year, the scale of the enterprise changed from medium to large. To be able to grow fast and still ensure the sustainability, Ecoba has applied the world's advanced solutions for the management system that is still suitable for the enterprise.

According to Ecoba leaders, the most important thing for the management system is to understand, outline and manage well the vision and development roadmap of the enterprise. “At the first stage of hot growth, the scale of operations is small, the requirements for governance capacity are low, then Ecoba has applied an open and flexible management system, to maximize the growth. However, when predicting in the future, the enterprise can achieve a larger scale of operations, grow stronger then Ecoba has actively created a pause to reduce the growth, focus on new management platform in conformity with the scale of large enterprise”, Mr. Dat shared about controlling Ecoba's phased development roadmap.

Currently, Ecoba's advanced management system is being implemented in three layers: the project management layer at the project, the tactical management layer by the project cluster, the product supply chain and the strategic management and internal control layer. At the project management layer, Ecoba uses the standard management approach of PMP (Project Management Professional) and PgMP (Program Management Professional) of PMI (Project Management Institute) of the United States to access the management. The standards of management are in accordance with international standards, helping Ecoba meet the strict requirements of foreign investors. The real estate market is growing rapidly, leading to more and more enterprises participating in the field of construction and construction, creating great competition in the industry. In that context, only enterprises that build a solid foundation can go far.

As Mr. Dat said, Ecoba now invests heavily in the digital transformation trend so that when the enterprise scale gets bigger, the revenues of about 10 trillion VND /year are gained to ensure that this management capacity is available. “Currently, Ecoba is using ERP technology and has invested the first phase of SAP ERP system. It is expected this year, Ecoba will continue to deploy phase 2 ”Mr. Dat said.

Talking about the upcoming development goal of Ecoba, the enterprise leader has affirmed that, Ecoba aims to maintain the growth rate of 33% in the period of 2019 - 2023, reaching revenues of 500 million USD a in 2021 and 1 billion USD by 2025. With a potential market with many opportunities today, and possessing an advanced management system, increasingly reaching the level of perfection, these goals for Ecoba are possible.
