At the end of May, the Training Committee of Ecoba Vietnam organized an internal course with the topic "Basic project management according to PMI standards" to improve the basic knowledge of project management according to PMI standards, contributing to improve the project management skills and set up the common language in the project management.

During 4 sessions, the participants shared their knowledge about all aspects of PMI-based Project Management, including:

• Project integration management

• Project scope management

• Project progress management

• Project cost management

• Project quality management

• Project communication management

For many years, the PMI standard has been the backbone of Ecoba Vietnam's projects. All leaders and managers of Ecoba have been trained in PMP from 2014-2015 and the process systems in project management are based on the framework of PMP to manage the projects. From 2019, due to the increasing the scale of the company, the Training Committee will regularly organize basic and intensive courses according to PMI - PMP standards.

Mr. Dinh Xuan Ngoc - Head of construction supervision team - DA 201 Minh Khai shared about the course: The course was very rewarding. It helps me reorganize the work I've done so far. Let me know what my work is in my position. After the first lesson, I thought that I could apply about 50% of that knowledge to the work in the position I was in charge to optimize the working efficiency.

As a long-term mid-level manager at Ecoba Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thong - Deputy Head of Logistics Department shared: What I get the most is the ability to standardize the practical experience in project management. This will help me easily set up the department's plan, greatly shorten the duration of guidance and training for new employees.
