On October 30, 2021, the Quality Engineering Department held a meeting to review the QC Talk program in the second quarter of 2021. After a period of implementation, the program has contributed to improving the quality of construction at construction sites of Ecoba Vietnam.

QC Talk is a weekly discussion about quality held at the project between supervisors, technicians and construction workers based on topics related to the contentS of the work performed on the construction sites. With the working motto "Doing it right the first time", the weekly QC Talk activity is an intuitive and specific solution that helps employees at Ecoba understand exactly what to do and avoid construction errors as much as possible.

During the summary session, the Construction Supervision, Quality Control Engineers at the project had very practical discussions with the departmental staff to jointly improve the training materials used for QC Talk, as well as exchange of practical experience in implementing the program at the project.
