Project management and personnel training according to international standards

Early in the morning, a team of project management engineers of Ecoba and Haseko were present at The Terra An Hung construction site to supervise construction progress and quality. Mr. Takayoshi Nagao, a key staff of Haseko engineers, who is in charge of accompanying Ecoba in project management at this project, takes a tour of the positions under construction. In addition to the ruler and pen, he always has a camera in his hand to capture errors or problems discovered during the survey. These are documents for both sides to discuss and make solutions for disassembly. Both sides want all the details in the project to be executed and completed to the highest quality level. This is a periodic activity of Haseko and Ecoba in project management since the two companies signed a strategic cooperation agreement in May 2020.

Along with on-site supervision activities, Haseko's project management engineers will correct common quality errors of Ecoba. After synthesizing into a set of lesson-learn documents and a set of experience documents, Ecoba will apply to future projects, bringing long-term and sustainable benefits to projects and investors.
