On April 20, 2021, at Ecoba Vietnam office, a meeting to implement the Quality Improvement Committee took place with the participation of members from Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Haseko Corporation Japan. The Quality Improvement Committee was established with members who are engineers of Ecoba and Haseko to improve the quality of construction products of Ecoba Vietnam in the coming time.

During the launch meeting, the members from the two companies agreed on the operating charter, organizational structure of the Committee and discussed how to operate effectively and based on the experience of quality control activities at Haseko's projects in Japan.

During the meeting, the personnel of Haseko and Ecoba determined to choose the discussion contents and improve each phase in a detailed and realistic way, avoiding formal work and not bringing concrete results.

Accordingly, a number of issues need to be resolved by the committee:

• How to find effective problem solving methods.
• Accumulate databases into an internal information system that is easy to access.
• How to share experience content for every project and every employee at the company.
• Project supervision – how to ensure effective application of lessons learned on quality management for each project.

Ecoba and Haseko engineers coordinate to make project quality control
