Haseko started to invest in the Vietnamese market in 2012 as the Employer of the luxury apartment project "The Authentic" according to Japanese standards. The Authentic Building is realizing "Japanese Quality" in Vietnam with 3 outstanding features: waterproof; noiseproof; insulation.

On September 16, Ecoba visited The Authentic Building in Long Bien, Hanoi. This visit was attended by the Board of Directors and key personnel of Ecoba. It also helped Ecoba understand more about Haseko's products for future steps of cooperation in branding and business. Also at this meeting, Haseko expressed its wish that for Haseko's future projects, it will receive contributions on standards and tastes suitable to Vietnamese people.

The Authentic is a high-class serviced apartment building for the Japanese, with the quality of this project guaranteed by Japanese standards such as: Using soundproof and fireproof plaster walls (apartment walls); using elastic injection materials with high durability; using porous plywood floors (soundproofing for the lower floors); sound insulation around drainage pipes leading to bedrooms; Using high-performance ventilation equipment ... From the implementation of the first project in Vietnam, Haseko Japan wanted to be able to provide Vietnam with quality and service-style units like in Japan.

With Ecoba's existing trademark in the Vietnamese market together with Haseko's strengths, it will set a new standard of integration between Ecoba and Haseko. It aims to become the only construction company in Vietnam to improve the level of construction, production and design.
