On December 8, 2018 in Hanoi, Ecoba Vietnam JSC has cooperated with the Project Management Unit to hold the commencement ceremony for the S18 – 20 package of VinCity Ocean Park project.

The Vincity project is planned with a total area of 420 hectares, with the desire to become a modern and busy nuclear urban area with a full range of high-class utility services and synchronous planning. The project, when put into operation, promises to bring a luxurious and classy living space to its residents.
