The whole project team seriously carried out the topic given by the company, the staff regularly reminded and communicated to each group of workers through weekly TBM sessions with safety topics to return to home, safety first. ” That is shared by Mr. Phung Ngoc Tu - Project manager of Golden Land 5.

 

Last March, the Production Management Department was honored to be awarded the first & second prize with the Topic “Safety of scaffolding, prevention of falling objects & safety of lifting and lowering” for Lancaster Luminare & Golden Land 5 Project.

 

 

The topic is aimed at preventing and minimizing incidents and accidents related to scaffolding, falling objects and lifting equipment. And also, to promote the work of occupational safety and health (OSH) project, improve working conditions, review OSH rules and procedures, timely assess dangerous factors, and risk to prevent and limit the risks occurring. Also through this topic, Ecoba conducted training at projects to improve knowledge and Discipline - Responsibility of employees.

 

 

With a methodical process in the subject and an accurate assessment to each stage, Mr. Le Quang Le - Safety Manager commented: “During the implementation process, the Luminare & Golden Land 5 project are two projects that are highly evaluated in terms of spirit and sense of implementation, the project brothers seriously implement and respond actively from the first days of its launch, and also showing the spirit of learning and achieving good results

 

The topic ends after 3 months, but the issue of " Safety of scaffolding, prevention of falling objects & safety of lifting and lowering" has always been focused during the construction process at the project. This is also a theme following the emulation movements carried out and will continue to standardize safety, lifting, external spear and falling object prevention to ensure HSE.
