With clear criteria for each reward category, most recently, Ecoba was honored to award the "Effective Ecoba Personnel" award to Mr. Le Huy Hoang - Logistics Leader - Iris Garden Project. Due to the specific nature of the project, the construction of the infrastructure has led to the camera system being moved and damaged. The subcontractors have offered very high prices for this move and repair. Therefore, the project, with its own resources, has moved, corrected and overcome the errors of the camera system. This has helped the project save on repair costs. In addition, Mr. Hoang has constantly urged and reminded to protect the security control, carry out project security checks via cameras at night and always maintain the billboards, trademarks, turning the project into a company's key project.

 

 

Mr. Hoang shared: "I have been working in Ecoba for 6 years, I've been working for a long time, so I try my best and I do it for my brand, the project, the company".
